death say upon their oath that a certain person whose name to the Jurors aforesaid <lb></lb>
is unknown on the twenty second day of May in the year aforesaid being passing <lb></lb>
along a certain publick highway there situate called Amelia row and having a<lb></lb>
certain chest of Drawers on his back and the said Thomas Rusworth being <lb></lb>
then and there following the said person whose name to the said Jurors is unknown <lb></lb>
with a certain Pembroke table on his head and a certain line being fastened <lb></lb>
across the said Street It so happened that the said chest of drawers accidentally <lb></lb>
casually and by misfortune struck against the said line and the said chest of drawers<lb></lb>
was thereby then and there accidentally casually and by misfortune thrown from<lb></lb>
the back of the said person whose name to the Jurors aforesaid is unknown <lb></lb>
unto and upon the said table which the said <rs type="persName" id="LMCLIC65012_n738-19">Thomas Rushworth</rs>
