to get up to the one pair of Stairs window of her house<lb></lb>
saying the belived or thought her Lodger (meaning the deced)<lb></lb>
had done something to herself Dept. got a Stool & got on it<lb></lb>
& from thence on the pent house over the Door & from thence<lb></lb>
he looked in at the Window which was open & saw the deced hanging by<lb></lb>
a Cord against the wainscoat in the Room Depts got down<lb></lb>
& gave the alarm in a little while after Dept. & one of his<lb></lb>

Room in Deponents house six Weeks. That during the time the<lb></lb>

deced & her husband have lodged at Depts they have<lb></lb>
often cried and expressed great anxilty & regret on account<lb></lb>
of a Child they sayed had been accidentally burned to Death<lb></lb>
a little while before they came to lodge at Depts house.<lb></lb>
that the deced in particular used often to cry about it<lb></lb>
& express great sorrow & Dept. often thought that she was<lb></lb>
deranged on account there of that the deced the drank ten<lb></lb>
with Dept. abot. six oClock last Night & after ten went up<lb></lb>
to her Room that she came down soon after & asked Dept. for<lb></lb>
after Iron which Dept. desired he to take. that she went<lb></lb>
up Stair to her Room & soon after Dept. heard something</p>
