desire of Mr. Breer to fetch the deced that Dept.<lb></lb>
found the deced lying on his Back upon the foot<lb></lb>
pavement at the bottom of St. Mary's Hills just<lb></lb>

but appeared very week and Dept appeared<lb></lb>
the deced to he intoxicated-that Dept and the<lb></lb>
then <rs type="occupation" id="LMCLIC65007_occ3">Watchman</rs>

took the deced to the Watch house<lb></lb>
and left him their in the recharge of Wm Bzeer the<lb></lb>

of the night that when the watch house<lb></lb>
up at seven Oclock Dept was left at the Watch broke<lb></lb>
in order to take care of the deced that the deced <lb></lb>
was then lying on the Floor near the Watch house<lb></lb>
Fire but when the other watchmen went but the<lb></lb>
deced was lifted on his Bottom with his Back aged<lb></lb>
one of the Benches in the Watch house-that about<lb></lb>
an hour afterwards Dept spoke to the deced<lb></lb>
has deced no answer and he appeared to be<lb></lb>
Drawsey and sleeping-that about appear nine<lb></lb>
Dept. fell the deced that he felt cold Dept then<lb></lb>
tryed if his pulse beat but his Pulse not and heading<lb></lb>
Dept concluded the deced was Dying upon which<lb></lb>
Dept acquainted Wm. Bates the Beadle who returned<lb></lb>
with Dept to the Watch house and then in the found<lb></lb>
the deced was quite dead that the deced appeared<lb></lb>
