belonging to the deced and her said Husband-that<lb></lb>
the deced came to Town with Dept. on Friday Evening lad<lb></lb>
by the Stage from Honeyton in the same County-that she<lb></lb>
was delivered to the Care of Dept. on last Thursday Morning<lb></lb>
by her Son <rs type="persName" id="LMCLIC65006_n2510-4">Edward Tucker</rs>

into Bethlem she having<lb></lb>
been out of her Mind for two Months previous there to to<lb></lb>
Dept. knowledge and for six Months previous as Dept.<lb></lb>
was informed by the deceds Husband and reputed to be so<lb></lb>
by several persons in Tiverton-that the deced and Dept.<lb></lb>
got to the Swan with two Nicks in Lad Lane about five<lb></lb>
OClock on the Friday Evening-that she was put into a Room<lb></lb>
and Dept and some other persons continued with her until<lb></lb>
about ten OClock when she went up Stairs with a Mrs.<lb></lb>

the Mistress of the Swan and the Chamber maid<lb></lb>
Dept. went up the Next Morng. Saturday about nine OClock<lb></lb>
to the Room Door wherein the deced now lies-Dept. knocked<lb></lb>
as the Door several times and receiving no answer Dept.<lb></lb>
opened the Door and went in-Dept. upon opening the<lb></lb>
Curtains saw the deced hanging by something from the<lb></lb>
top of the Foot of the Bed-Dept. gave the alarm and a <rs type="occupation" id="LMCLIC65006_occ812">Waggoner</rs>
