of the deced No. 4 Chapter house Court London maketh<lb></lb>
Oath that about ½ past ten OClock on Wednesday Night last<lb></lb>
on Dept. returning Home to his Lodging he saw a Light threw<lb></lb>
The Kitchen Window Dept. having a Key to let himself in<lb></lb>
opened the street Door and went in that Dept. waited a little<lb></lb>
expecting the deced would come up to light Dept. Candle<lb></lb>
as he usually used to do but the deced morning up<lb></lb>
Dept. appering he was asleep went down into the Kitchen<lb></lb>
that upon going into the Kitchen Dept. found the deced<lb></lb>
standing upwright against<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
a Closet Door and upon<lb></lb>
going near the deced he found he had a small Cord round<lb></lb>
his Neck and fastened round some railing at the top of<lb></lb>
the Closet Door. that the deced was warn and appeared<lb></lb>
as if he had not been long in that situationDept.<lb></lb>
immediately alarmed a Mr. James who occupies the second<lb></lb>
Floor of same house who came down and found saw the<lb></lb>
deced in manner before described by Dept. that Dept.<lb></lb>
has observed the deced for there eight or ten days past<lb></lb>
very dull and malancholy very much so and in particular<lb></lb>
on Wednesday Evening last about five OClock</p>
