on Dept. return to the Vessel he was mat by some of his<lb></lb>
people who acquainted Dept. the deced had fallen over board<lb></lb>

then lying without Depts. Vessel informed<lb></lb>
Dept. that while he Babb was writing a Letter in the Cabbin of<lb></lb>
the Verger he heard something fall into the trader that on going<lb></lb>
on Deck he saw a Backet in the Water between the two Vessels<lb></lb>
that concluding some one had fallen over board he again looked<lb></lb>
in the Water and saw part ofthe deceds head and Broch<lb></lb>
in the trader and that soon after he sunk under the Water<lb></lb>
Dept. was present on Thursday Night when the deced was<lb></lb>
taken up out of the Water about eleven OClock the same<lb></lb>
Evening nearly where he had fallen over board.</p>
