drawn by three Horses (that Dept. supposes had just before passed go through the Gate) a little before<lb></lb>

that a Man who appeared to be the Driver of said Cart<lb></lb>
and whom Dept. believes to be the deced was on the near side<lb></lb>
of his Horses. that the deced appeared to have hold of the<lb></lb>
Middle Horse (drawing the Cart) that the Horses were<lb></lb>
going at a very smart rate and the deced appeared to be<lb></lb>
endeavouring to stop the Horsesthat the deced fell down<lb></lb>
