of may in the year aforesaid a certain person unknown being gently driving a certain Mail Coach<lb></lb>
drawn by two Horses along and through a certain Public Street called newgate Streets situate in the<lb></lb>

accidentally casually and by misfortune did then and there go upon and Pass over the Breast of him the said<lb></lb>
