deced. and immediately after Dept. saw that floating in the Water<lb></lb>
which led Dept to think that the deced had fallen into the Water<lb></lb>
that the Hat was taken up by a <rs type="occupation" id="LMCLIC65004_occ328">Waterman</rs>
