Gentleman maketh oath that last Sunday eve about<lb></lb>
half past Seven in the eve the Dept who lodged in the two pair of<lb></lb>

be much in liquor he went up Stairs to his room & immed. afterwds.<lb></lb>
he came out of his room, returns down the Stairs, and he fell down<lb></lb>
quite down to the Landing place That Dept a pod him up & in<lb></lb>
about five minutes or thereabouts he was a the to speak under<lb></lb>
Dept asking him if she shod send fire doctor he sayed No.<lb></lb>
Dept says he dead on Thursday evening.</p>

complained he had have the back part of his neck, he was<lb></lb>
perfectly sensible, but he had no sensibility in any part of his body<lb></lb>
put his Load & back part of his neck Dept admd. such medicine<lb></lb>
as he apprehended as<obscured></obscured>
a the occasion the died Tuesday<lb></lb>
morng. Dept apprehend his death was occasioned by the<obscured></obscured>

marrow body injured by his fall.</p>
