To wit By Virtue of my Office these are in his Majesty's Name to Charge and Command you that on<lb></lb>
sight hereof you Summon and Warn Twenty Four good and Sufficient Men of your Ward<lb></lb>
personally to be and appear before me on Wednesday the 20th day of Octr. instant<lb></lb>
at Six of the Clock in the afternoon at his Majesty's Gaol of Newgate<lb></lb>
Situate on the Parish and Ward aforesaid<lb></lb>
then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be given them in charge and to inquire <lb></lb>
