Back-that and has been confined to his Room for this Week<lb></lb>
past-that for there last two or three days he was so ill<lb></lb>
as to be confined to his Bad-That the deced seeming to get<lb></lb>

and Smith and Deponent were employed<lb></lb>
to sit up with the deced during his illness.-that Dept. sat<lb></lb>
up with the deced last Night in order to a pish him and take<lb></lb>
care<del>him</del>
of him-that during the Night the deced seemed very<lb></lb>

and complained of a great deal of pain in his Back and<lb></lb>
head-but was sensible-that Dept left the deced about ½ past<lb></lb>
five OClock this Morning-that<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
the deced & Cloaths were all off and the<lb></lb>

was then in Bed-that Dept. covered the deced with the Bed<lb></lb>

and sayed to the deced he hoped he Coals be better when<lb></lb>
he the Dept. shod see him at Dinner time the deced answered<lb></lb>
and sayed he hoped he should and seemed sensible at that time<lb></lb>
that on Deponent return to his Lodging about 12 OClock<lb></lb>
he was informed by Mrs. Eyres that William ward end for that<lb></lb>
she had found him hanging up in his Room and that he was<lb></lb>
dead-that Dept. and said Smith went up to the two pair of<lb></lb>
Stairs<del>Room</del>

that they found the deced lying on the Floor at the Foot of the<lb></lb>
Bed quite dead-that he<del>had</del>
