maketh Oath that on Monday last about ½ had seven in the<lb></lb>
Evening Dept: and deced were employed in unloading a<lb></lb>
Cart Load of Kops in the Yard of the said Inn that the Dept.<del>deced</del>

was employed in carrying the Hops from the Cart to a<lb></lb>
Waggon in the Yard of said Inn and the deced was employed<lb></lb>
to take the Hops from out of the Cart and to deliver them<lb></lb>
to Dept: that Dept: had just deliver'd a Load to a<del>the</del>
Waggon<lb></lb>
& was returning to the Court where the Dept demand was and as Dept<lb></lb>
was<del>Dept:</del>
comeing down the Ladder from the Waggon he<lb></lb>
heard something fall and on turning his head he saw a<lb></lb>
Pocket of Hops<del>from</del>
fall from the Cast wherein the deced<lb></lb>
was and on going<del>to the</del>
near the Cast he found the deced<lb></lb>
lying on the Ground and a pocket of Hops near him that<lb></lb>
a Pocket of Hops weight about One hundred & sixty<lb></lb>
eight Pounds weight-that he went to the deced he appeared<lb></lb>
hurt that he begged Dept. to let him lay as he thought he<lb></lb>
should be better saying at the same time that he was hurt<lb></lb>
that Dept. and one Thomas Titton helped the deced into the<lb></lb>

and Dept. left him there and<lb></lb>
returned to his Work-that about eight O Clock in the same<lb></lb>
Evening Dept. a fisted to carry him to Bartholomews Hospital<lb></lb>
and has not since seen him since but has heard the deced<lb></lb>
died Yesterday Morning-that no person was near the deced<lb></lb>
at the time he saw him lying on the Ground as before stated.</p>
