sayed there is a Drowned Man laying in the causeway of<lb></lb>
said Stairs that Rogers and Dept. went down the came way<lb></lb>
and found the deced lying with his face down wards quite<lb></lb>
wet the Tide having just left him that Rogers examined<lb></lb>
deced pockets but found nothing but bits of paper in them<lb></lb>
that the deced was a Ticket Porter and used to Work on the<lb></lb>
Quays that he has heard the deced called by the Name of<lb></lb>
