<p n="1032">Mr Bourne is lately failed & a Comicon of Bankrupt<lb></lb>
hath issued against him and the Creditors are not willing to pay<lb></lb>
off Sr Cha Mortgage wch is £400 and Intrest from 1728 to<lb></lb>
this Time but will Lett Sr Cha take the houses in Satisfaction<lb></lb>
of the Debt if the shall think fitt.</p>
<p n="1033">That Sr Cha has not yet taken Possession of these<lb></lb>
houses in Regard they are so very antient and it will not be<lb></lb>
worthwhile to lay out any Mony in Repairing the houses But<lb></lb>
they must be New built from the Ground.</p>
<p n="1034">It Is therefore Submitted to the Company whither<lb></lb>
they will accept of the Leave & take the houses into their hands<lb></lb>
and pay off Sr Charles Mortgage, or to Cower ye Ground Rent<lb></lb>
or Grant Sr. Cha a longer term in order to Encourge him to<lb></lb>
Rebuild the Houses.</p>
