<p n="2803">And had Ordered that the Surveyor should prepare<lb></lb>
an Estimate of the expence of painting and varnishing<lb></lb>
the Court Room. Also an Estimate of the expence of-<lb></lb>
painting and repairing the inside of the Chapel<lb></lb>
including the alteration proposed by the Chaplain.</p>
<p n="2804">And that the Committee had audited Bills<lb></lb>
amounting to £214-7-8.</p>
<p n="2805">The Minutes of the Bethlem Committee of the following<lb></lb>
days were read and confirmed whereby it appeared</p>
<p n="2806">Thursday May 10th.</p>
<p n="2807">That the Surveyor having laid before the Committee<lb></lb>
an Estimate of the Fixtures Etc necessary for compleating<lb></lb>
the Men's Privies amounting to £95-,,-,, the<lb></lb>
Committee had ordered that the same should be<lb></lb>
compleated forthwith.</p>
<p n="2808">That the Committee had contracted for 140 Chaldrons<lb></lb>
of Coals at £1-18-9 Chaldron.</p>
<p n="2809">That the Poor's Boxe's were opened wherein was found<lb></lb>
£9-4-8½</p>
<p n="2810">And that the Committee had audited Tradesmen's<lb></lb>
Bills amounting to £1131-14-,,</p>
<p n="2811">The Minutes of the Committee of Auditors of the 21st July<lb></lb>
instant were read and confirmed whereby it appeared</p>
