.</p>
<p n="1804">That she should have her full daily labor allotted to her by<lb></lb>
the Superintendant and be employed in Spinning Knitting or<lb></lb>
such other work for which she might be found capable and<lb></lb>
might be most likely to obtain employment and livelihood<lb></lb>
for her when dismissed the House.</p>
<p n="1805">That the Prisoners committed for any less time than 14 days<lb></lb>
should be kept in seperate Cells (if there be room for them)<lb></lb>
and in all other respects be washed and employed as the other<lb></lb>
Prisoners but not to have the Cloathing of the House except by<lb></lb>
a special order of the weekly Committee</p>
<p n="1806">That a seperate room should be appropriated as a Workshop for<lb></lb>
such Persons as the Committee might direct to be continued in<lb></lb>
the House after the expiration of their commitments</p>
<p n="1807">That the Superintendant should keep an account of their respec-<lb></lb>
tive earnings to enable the Committee to judge whether any and<lb></lb>
what allowances should be made to them for the same</p>
<p n="1808">That all such Persons should be obliged to conform to the<lb></lb>
hours and other regulations of the House and not be permitted<lb></lb>
to go out unless with the consent of the Weekly Committee<del>the</del>
<lb></lb>
the Treasurer or the Chaplain.</p>
<p n="1809">That during their probationary Stay they might be indulged<lb></lb>
with wearing the Appearel of the House.</p>
<p n="1810">That all Vagrants committed in order to be passed to their<lb></lb>
respective Parishes should be obliged to perform as much<lb></lb>
work as they were able and be kept seperate from the other<lb></lb>
Prisoners</p>
<p n="1811">That a Copy of the above orders should be given to the temporary<lb></lb>
Porter Beadles Matron and Superintendant.</p>
<p n="1812">That the Chaplain should be also furnished with a Copy of the<lb></lb>
above regulations and be informed that there was no impediment<lb></lb>
to his attending the Female Prisoners in such manner as might<lb></lb>
best conduce to their reformation.</p>
