the Lessee of those Houses to put the same in Compleat Repair and<lb></lb>
that he has laid out £1243..6s..5d out of the other Money in the<lb></lb>
Purchase of twelve East India Bonds so that the Hospital may<lb></lb>
receive the Advantage thereof until it is well considered by the<lb></lb>
Committee and determined by the Court which will be most<lb></lb>
Advantageous. to the Hospital (namely) to Let the side of the<lb></lb>
Houses on which the Total loss happened upon a low not Ground<lb></lb>
Rent P Foot or an Increased one on advancing part of the said<lb></lb>
Insurance Money to Builders</p>
