<p n="1788">thrust there and which shall look unseemly to the<lb></lb>

<p n="1789">That he shall take Care a proper Quantity of Coals be<lb></lb>
distributed to the Rooms where Fires are allowed direct the<lb></lb>
Cinders to be Sifted and suffer no Waste to be thereof or<lb></lb>
therein.</p>
<p n="1790">That he shall take Care no Waste be made in future in<lb></lb>
burning the Straw.</p>
<p n="1791">That he shall Advertize the Weekly Committee if any Repairs<lb></lb>
are wanting that Notice thereof may be given to the Surveyor.</p>
<p n="1792">That he shall go down into the Kitchen on every Tuesday<lb></lb>
Thursday and Saturday in the Morning time enough to see the<lb></lb>
Provisions that are taken in that they are according to the<lb></lb>
Contract and laid ready for the Inspection of the Governors if<lb></lb>
any come to View them if none come he shall see them Weighted<lb></lb>
himself and enter them down in his Book to be seen and examined<lb></lb>
by the Committee on Saturday.</p>
<p n="1793">Thats he shall Number the Pieces of Meat before they are<lb></lb>
put into the Pot that the Assistant Basket Man or other such<lb></lb>
Person who Cuts up the Dinner may acquainted the Steward with<lb></lb>
the Number of Pieces cut up to see if their Accounts tally and<lb></lb>
that he shall Attend to the Cutting up the Provisions when<lb></lb>
Dressed.</p>
<p n="1794">That he shall take Care no Person except the Servants of<lb></lb>
the House be Permitted to remain in the Kitchens or Cutting Room<lb></lb>
whilst the Provisions are cutting or serving up.</p>
<p n="1795">That he shall take Care that no more Provisions are Drest<lb></lb>
than are necessary for the Servants and the Patients of the House<lb></lb>
and in Order to know this with more certainty the Number of<lb></lb>
Patients who are on the Sick List shall constantly hang up<lb></lb>
in the Cutting Room</p>
<p n="1796">That he shall not suffer the small Beer Cellar to be opened<lb></lb>
but at the usual Hours nor any Person to draw Beer but the<lb></lb>
Assistant Basket Man and he is to draw only one Hour at<lb></lb>
Dinner and half an Hour at Supper (and carefully Lock the<lb></lb>
