in the Words and figures following "This Committee<lb></lb>
resuming the Consideration of increasing the Number of Incurable<lb></lb>
Patients in Bethlem Hospital in Order to carry into Execution<lb></lb>
the pious Intentions of divers Governors and others particularly<lb></lb>
directed to that Branch of this most useful Charity and having<lb></lb>
taken a View of all the Apartments Cells and Conveniences<lb></lb>
within the Walls of this Hospital and considered the Improvemts.<lb></lb>
that will be Necessary are Unanimously of Opinion that the<lb></lb>
Building at the East End of this Hospital formerly used as an<lb></lb>
Infirmary may without any Inconvenience be appropriated for<lb></lb>
the immediate reception of ten incurable Patients in Addition<lb></lb>
to one Hundred incurable Patients already maintained and<lb></lb>
that the same be forthwith prepared and fitted up for that<lb></lb>

contributed liberally for the Specific Purpose of receiving an<lb></lb>
Additional Number of Incurable Patients into this Hospitals<lb></lb>
This Committee are further of Opinion that an Estimate of<lb></lb>
the Expence of extending the Accommodations of the present<lb></lb>
Buildings for the Reception of a still greater number of<lb></lb>
Incurable Patients be forthwith made by the Surveyor if<lb></lb>
the Court shall think proper in Case the Governors of this<lb></lb>
Hospital by the Munificence of the generous and humane<lb></lb>
shall be enabled to Accomplish so desirable and necessary<lb></lb>
a work All which is Nevertheless submitted to the<lb></lb>
Judgment of the Court." This Court having duly<lb></lb>
weighed and Considered the said Report doth agree with<lb></lb>
the Committee and order the same or so much thereof as<lb></lb>
they shall think necessary from time to time to be carried<lb></lb>
into Execution.</p>
