that Active Spirit of Humanity and Rational Benevolence<lb></lb>
wch peculiarly adorns the Bitish Name we may hope<lb></lb>
that this great work will not be left Defective & Incompleat<lb></lb>
The Government of the Royal Hospitals as lately established<lb></lb>
by Parliament affords ample Security to the Charitable<lb></lb>
