<p n="4779">Continued Thursday 26th. Jane 1777.</p>
<p n="4780">Conveyance and Approved the same on behalf of the governors<lb></lb>
and was ready to return it to be Ingrossed the Bridge Committee<lb></lb>
having made an Order to pay the Money upon the Execution.</p>
<p n="4781">That in Consequence of the Bridge Committee having Cut<lb></lb>
through and taken down part of these Houses and Mr. Wights<lb></lb>
Yard it will be necessary to Build a Fence Wall agreeable to the<lb></lb>
directions of the Act of Parliament and the Rules prescribed by the<lb></lb>
Bridge Committee and the House Committee having taken this Business<lb></lb>
into Consideration directed the Surveyor to make an Estimate of the<lb></lb>
Expence which amount to £312. But by an Order of Court of the<lb></lb>
29th. of May 1776 It was Ordered that when any thing was<lb></lb>
proposed which would Cost the Charity £300.. the same should not<lb></lb>
be undertaken unless approved by two General Courts and by two<lb></lb>
thirds of the governors present at each. This Court doth Concur<lb></lb>
with the Committee in Opinion as to the necessity of Building the said<lb></lb>
Wall and doth Order that the same be forthwith Built under the<lb></lb>
Inspection of the House Committee Assisted by the Surveyor of this<lb></lb>
Hospital</p>
