And I further Certify that the Brick & Timber Work of<lb></lb>
the Three Houses situate on the South Side of the East Gate<lb></lb>
of the Hospital is in good Condition and will stand 50 Years<lb></lb>
after a Repair the Expence whereof will not exceed £240. &<lb></lb>
may then be let at a Rent of £75 P Ann and after deducting<lb></lb>
the Interest of the sd. £240 the same including the value of<lb></lb>
the Land will be worth £1204..15...And I humbly apprehend<lb></lb>
that the Worshipful the Bridge Committee will be inclined<lb></lb>
to pay and allow the full and utmost Value for the Houses<lb></lb>
included in this and the proceeding Article, considering<lb></lb>
that the bad State and Condition of the Repairs of the<lb></lb>
said Houses and the Loss of the whole Rent of three of such<lb></lb>
Houses for 10 Years past has been Occasioned by the<lb></lb>
Alterations proposed to be made on Building the said<lb></lb>
Bridge and the Inclination of the <rs type="occupation" id="BBBRMG20208_occ3224">governors</rs>

and Carpenters Shop adjoining to the Revd. Mr. Wights<lb></lb>
Yard towards the South have been lately built & will<lb></lb>
stand 60 Years and as 44 Years of the Term granted by<lb></lb>
the Lease thereof at the Rent of £6P Ann are now<lb></lb>
unexpired I am of Opinion that the Interest of the<lb></lb>
Hospital in the said Two Houses and Shop during the<lb></lb>
said Term and the Reversion in Fee thereof and of the<lb></lb>
Soil or Land whereon the same stand (the whole of which<lb></lb>
ought to be paid for as the part proposed to be left will<lb></lb>
be of no Use or Value) is worth the Sum of<hi rend="braceResult"> 1236..14..0</hi>
