Necessarily Attend a Watch house a sit is absolutely Necessary in all Cases of Lunacy<lb></lb>
and Accute Diseases that the Patients should be kept Extreamly Quiet It is the Opinion<lb></lb>
of this Committee that the Grant Prayed by the said Memorial will be Inconvenient<lb></lb>
and Prejudicial to the Patients as will the Erection of any Watch house so near the said<lb></lb>
Hospital Especially in Case of Fire The Window thereof not being Glazed and the Patients<lb></lb>
lying upon shaw All which is Nevertheless Submitted to the Court</p>
