called Northleigh Common Fields and a Comon or Wast called Northleigh Heath<lb></lb>
within the parish or Township of Northleigh in the County of OxfordIt is the<lb></lb>
Opinion of this Committee That Application be made by the Petition to the Honourable<lb></lb>
House of Commons in Order to Obtain such relief in the premisses as that Hou<obscured></obscured>

House in their Great Wisdem shall think justAll which is Nevertheless<lb></lb>
Submitted to the Judgment of the Court And it is Order'd that this opinions be reported<lb></lb>
to the CourtThis Court having duly weighed and Consider'd the said Report<lb></lb>

Mr. President Acquainted this Court That on the 6th. day of June 1758 the following<lb></lb>
Order was made by the Court ViztThis Court being Informed that the Number of<lb></lb>
Governors of these Houses is too Great. Doth Order that no more Governors be Nominated<lb></lb>
untill the first Court after Lady day 1760And that a book where in the Governors who<lb></lb>
had served Stewards and have now a right to Nominated is Mis laid and can not of<lb></lb>
present be found. It is Ordered that the Nomination be postponed till the next court<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
