Appurtes thereto belonging under a Lease from the Governors of Bridewell Hospl.<lb></lb>
which will Expire at Michas 1759 which sd. Letter was read as followsWhereas<lb></lb>
The Several Lands and Grounds of the Several Proprietors of the Open & Comon fields<lb></lb>
lying within the Parish of Northleigh in the County of Oxford at present lye mere<lb></lb>
intermixed and Dispersed in the said Comon fields & are inconveniently Situate for<lb></lb>
the Proprietors and in the present Situation incapable of Improvement and if the<lb></lb>
said Lands were Divided and Inclosed it woud tend greatly to the Advantage of<lb></lb>
the Several Parties concerned and be a Great Improvement of their respective <lb></lb>
Properties and Interest, But such Division and Inclosure cannot be Effectually<lb></lb>
made without the Aid and Authority of ParliamentI hope the Governors of<lb></lb>
Bridewell Hospital (who in respect of their Rectory of Northleigh aforesaid are so<lb></lb>
particularly concerned in and will be so Considerably benifitted by such on<lb></lb>
Inclosure) will join with me in Delivering a Petition to the Parliament for<lb></lb>
leave to bring in a Bill for Dividing and Incloseing the said Comon fields<lb></lb>
of Northleighyou will by takeing the first Oportunity of laying this before<lb></lb>
the Governors oblige Sr. Your humble Servant (Signed) James Leigh Perrot.</p>
