£20 in repairing the same And is willing to take a Lease (with Usual Covenants<lb></lb>
between the Govrs. & their Tenants) of the sd. Messe for 21 years from the Expiration<lb></lb>
of the said Term in being at £22 P Ann rent clear of Taxes payable quarterly<lb></lb>
at the Compting house at Bridewell Hospital and to lay out £50 in Necessary<lb></lb>
Repairs & to Execute a Counterpart of such LeaseAnd Praying the<lb></lb>
Governors to grant him a Lease AccordinglyIt is Orderd that the sd.<lb></lb>
Petition be referr'd to the Comittee of this House to Consider thereof And<lb></lb>
Report their Opinion thereon to the Court.</p>

years and by Distempers is render'd Incapable of doing any business for<lb></lb>
his SubsistanceAnd praying the Governors to Grant him such Relief<lb></lb>
as they shall think fitIt is the Opinion of this Comee to Allow the<lb></lb>
said John Ittery four shillings a Week till further OrderAll which is<lb></lb>
Nevertheless Submitted to the Judgment of CourtThis Court having<lb></lb>
duly weighed and Consider'd the sd. Report Doth Confirm the same And<lb></lb>
Order that the Steward do pay the said John Ittery 4s a Week till<lb></lb>
further Order. dd Copy to Mr. Cutton Maid Th.27 Novr. 1755 -66.</p>
