the sd. two Houses on the Northside of Wapping Street from Lady day 1754<lb></lb>
for ¾ of a year to Xmas 1755 at the rent of £3And to take a Lease<lb></lb>
of all the abovemention'd premes from Xmas 1755 O.S for 21 years And<lb></lb>
throughly to repair the sd. Houses to rebuild the sd. Wharfe & Wharfeage house<lb></lb>
thereon of Brick instead of Wood (as it is at present) And to pay £6 P Ann<lb></lb>
rent clear of Taxes & to pay a Fine of £150And the sd Mr. Arbuthnot<lb></lb>
being called in an Ask't to mend her said Proposal she Declined the<lb></lb>
same but being called in a 2d. time Offered to make the rent £8 P Ann.</p>

for 21 years ¾ of a year and to pay £7..10rent clear of Taxes for the sd.<lb></lb>
2 houses for the first ¾ of a year to Xmas 1755 And for the 21 years<lb></lb>
thence next ensuing to pay all the sd. Premes the Yearly rent of £30<lb></lb>
clear of Taxes by Even quarterly Payments at the Four Usual Feast days<lb></lb>
and to Layout £500 in Rebuilding & Repairing the sd. Premes within<lb></lb>
two years from the Comencement of the sd. Term of 21 yearsAnd to<lb></lb>
Execute Counterpart of such Lease with Usual Covenants between<lb></lb>
the Governors of the sd Hospital and their Tenants at Wapping And being<lb></lb>
Ask't to mend his sd. proposal he declined itAnd being called in<lb></lb>
a 2d. time and Ask't to mend his sd. Proposal he said he cou'd not<lb></lb>
Whereupon this Comittee having fully Considered the sd. two<lb></lb>
Proposals are Unanimously of Opinion to Accept the Proposal of the sd.<lb></lb>
Mr Hugh Roberts And he being called in & Acquainted therewith Agreed<lb></lb>
thereto and gave Two Guineas to the Poors CoxAll which is<lb></lb>
Nevertheless Submitted to the Judgment of the CourtThis Court<lb></lb>
having duly Weighed & Considered the sd. Report Doth Confirm the<lb></lb>
same And Order that a Lease be made to the sd Mr. Roberts Accordingly</p>
