build two Brick Messuages instead of three which Stood there but having<lb></lb>
Compleated his House and Brewhouse wherein the Comittee are of Opinion<lb></lb>
he has already laid out more than £1500 (the whole Sum he was Obilged<lb></lb>
to lay out) He finds it will be much more Convenient to build a Stable<lb></lb>
Store houses and Cellars instead of two Houses and will be more beneficial to<lb></lb>
the Hospitals Estate as well as Covenient to himAnd the Comittee<lb></lb>
are of Opinion That Mr. Curteis be permitted to build a Stable <lb></lb>
Storehouses and Cellars instead of the two houses on the said Ground According to<lb></lb>
a Plan made by Mr. Cordwell and Mr. Cleaver and Ordered it to be Reported<lb></lb>
to the CourtThis Court having duely weighted & Considered the said<lb></lb>
Report doth Confer in the same And Order That the Lease to Mr. Curteis<lb></lb>
be made Accordingly.</p>

Governors please to lay leaden Pipes to carry the Water into the said<lb></lb>
House and put up a Leaden Cisterm and repair the Pavement before the<lb></lb>
frontAnd praying a Lease AccordinglyIt is Ordered that the<lb></lb>
