it woud be a benefit to the Hospital if a Proper Person was Appointed<lb></lb>
to Survey the Workmen of beth HospitalsIt is referred to the Comittee<lb></lb>
of this House to Consider of a Proper Person to be Surveyer of the<lb></lb>
Works and what Salary or Allowance may be reasonable for the same<lb></lb>
and to Report their Opinion to this Court.</p>

This Court being Acquainted that 2 Small peices of ground (No. 12)<lb></lb>
on the West side of the Great gate of this Hospital and Abutting South<lb></lb>
on the Hospital and North on Bride Lane have been unlet<lb></lb>
since the year 1736 and now lye in ruins the Several time<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
to be let for building It is Resolved That a House be Erected on<lb></lb>
the said Ground for the residence of the Treasurer of these Hospitals<lb></lb>
for the time being And it is referred to the Comittee of this House to<lb></lb>
Cause & Plan to be drawn and an Estimate to be made of the Charge of<lb></lb>
building and to the same with their Opinion thereon before<lb></lb>
this Court.</p>
