examination since the Assignment made to him finds great decays in the<lb></lb>
foundation & Walls & other parts of the sd. Mosses, which he did not before<lb></lb>
Discover, and which must be imediately made good to keep up the buildings &<lb></lb>
will be a greater Expence than the produce of the Rack rents will <obscured></obscured>
above<lb></lb>
the Hospitals rent, The Land Tax & other Necessary Charges, during the 7 years<lb></lb>
to come in the said LeaseAnd praying the Governors to grant him an<lb></lb>

that the said Lease may be made to Her as Extrix of her said Husband for<lb></lb>
the Remr of the sd. Term yet to come and unexpiredIt is Ordered<lb></lb>
that a Lease be made to her Accordingly</p>
