praying to be Elected Steward of this Hospital in the room of the<lb></lb>

Cotton be Steward of this Hospital till next Election day It appeared<lb></lb>
And The Right Worshipfull Mr. Alderman Benn President declared<lb></lb>

that the said Charles Cotton (giving Security as usual) be<lb></lb>
Admitted Steward of this Hospital untill the next Election day<lb></lb>
and that he shall have receive and enjoy the Salary & profits<lb></lb>
thereunto belonging and also the Rooms and Chambers wherein<lb></lb>
the said late Steward Acton dwellAnd he being called Impressed<obscured></obscured>

to resign his Staff as a Govrs with the Court accepted & Ordered his Name to be less as of the List of<lb></lb>
the Governors for the future.</p>
