of £8 clear of TaxesThat the Petr Brown being desirous of<lb></lb>
makeing an Absolute Assignment of the sd. two Leases & Promes<lb></lb>
to the Petrs. James & George Colebrook for the remainder of the said<lb></lb>
Several Terms of 10 years and 61 Years now to come & unexpired<lb></lb>
And praying the Govrs. that the Petr. Brown may have Lycence<lb></lb>
to Assign the said promes to the Petrs. James and George Colebrooke<lb></lb>
for the Remt of the sd. Respective TermsIt is Ordered that<lb></lb>
the said Thomas Brown have the Lycence of this Court to Assign<lb></lb>
the said promes to the sd. James & George Colebrook Accordingly.</p>
