deced was by Order of the Comittee plaud with the Petr. when he had but<lb></lb>
five years to serveAnd the Petr. being writing to lose one year of the<lb></lb>
said boys time desired he might either serve one year beyond the five<lb></lb>
or that the Petr. might have some Compensation for the less he would<lb></lb>
Sustain of the last years service Whereupon the said Comittee 3d. Decemr. 1729.<lb></lb>
were of Opinion that if the said Henry Weston did not serve the Peter one<lb></lb>
year after the five year that he eight not be have part of Mr. Locks gift<lb></lb>
but that the Petr. eight to have £10. as are compence for the less of the<lb></lb>
last part of the said Apprentice haveThat the said Henry Waster<lb></lb>
Served the Petr. about four years & in Decr. 1733. run away and has never<lb></lb>
since returnedTherefore prayed the Governors will be pleased to at the<lb></lb>
him £10. as a Compensation for his loss of the said Henry Waster times<lb></lb>
This Comittee find the Alligations of the said Petition are time<lb></lb>
And upon considering the same are of Opinion to allow the said Mr. Cooke<lb></lb>
Ten poundsall which is nevertheless submitted to the Judgment of<lb></lb>
the CourtAnd it is Ordered that this Opinion be reported to the<lb></lb>
CourtThis Court having duly weighted and considered of the<lb></lb>
said Report doth Confirm the same and Order that the Steward<lb></lb>
of this Hospital do pay unto the said Mr. Cooke Ten pounds to be<lb></lb>
allowed him in his next Account.</p>
