<p n="2055">paid £50. in further part of the Finebut he did not build a Granary and<lb></lb>
we do not find that all the said repair were doneWee observed that in<lb></lb>
taking the soyl out of the farm Yard some of the Ground had been carried away<lb></lb>
from the outside of the foundation of the Stable and of part of the Barn, which<lb></lb>
ought to be filled up again & part of the Barn wants Thatching, both which he<lb></lb>
said he would do immediately</p>
<p n="2056">The Malthouse floor wants mending and the Upper floor should be lined there<lb></lb>
feet and an half high and about One hundred feet in length and the Barn should<lb></lb>
be new Weather boarded for which we are of Opinion to allow him One hundred and a<lb></lb>
half of Deals whereof Twenty to be left whole to mend the Mallhouse floor and the<lb></lb>
rest to be slit feather edg'd to line the sides of the <rs type="placeName" id="BBBRMG20206_geo881">Mallhouse</rs>

wide to carry off the rain& there wants about four rolds of paling of the Gutter</p>
<p n="2058">Wee observed that the See has broke down the way (called <rs type="placeName" id="BBBRMG20206_geo882">the Eastgate</rs>

carting Ouze from the Shore to manner the Land and a new way ought to be made for<lb></lb>
that purposeThe Sea has also carried away part of the Land and the Ground<lb></lb>
hange over & lyes hollow a great way that in some plans one may see there it which<lb></lb>
ought to be posted and rouled in for the Security of Carriages and persons passing<lb></lb>
that way which is now very dangerous</p>
<p n="2059">Mr. Evers says he has not been able to live upon the Farm but has spent great<lb></lb>
part of his Substance since he has been in it the he and his Wife and two Sons<lb></lb>
and two Daughter have taken great pains and lived very handThat he<lb></lb>
intends to quit the Farm at Michas 1743. but that his eldest Son will take it if<lb></lb>
the Governors please to do the abovementioned repair and grant him a Lease for<lb></lb>
Twenty one years at £75. P ann without a fine</p>

proper to make a Lease to Mr. Evers Son at £75. P Ann without any fine<lb></lb>
All which nevertheless is submitted to the Judgment of the CourtThis<lb></lb>
Court having duly weighed & considered of the said Report doth confirm<lb></lb>

And praying that the said Lease may be made to the Petr. for the the remainder<lb></lb>

them to Mr. Henshaw to examine the same & report his Opinion thereon to the<lb></lb>
Comee And at a Comee the 18th. of Febry following the said Mr. Henshaw reported<lb></lb>
he had Examined & setled the said Bills with the said Mr. Hall at £92..4..- & it<obscured></obscured>

thereupon ordered the same should be allowed him in his rent & the Lease should be<lb></lb>
forthwith ingrossed which was accordingly done & the said <rs type="persName" id="BBBRMG20206_n2061-8">Thomas Hall</rs>
