Plan of this Term nor the particular mentioned in any Writing, we desired<lb></lb>
him to send up a particular of the Lands which he has accordingly done<lb></lb>
But before a New Lease ig granted we think it could be proper to have a<lb></lb>
Draught made of the Lands with the names of the particular Grounds upon<lb></lb>
a View to be taken for that purposee, that a Sawey & Admeasurement may be<lb></lb>
afterwards made if it should be found necessary.</p>

take up about Forty Deals and with the Joysts and Workman ship will<lb></lb>
amount to about Twelve pounds which wee are of Opinions to allow him<lb></lb>
and as he is Straitned for com in his house he likewise desires the<lb></lb>
Governors will allow him a New Room twelve foot square with a Room<lb></lb>
over it to be joined to the two sides of an Angle in the back front of<lb></lb>
his house which as he says will be a small expense To this we gave him<lb></lb>
no other Answer than that he might sent up an Estimate of the Charge<lb></lb>
that the Governors might consider of itThere is a Map of this farer<lb></lb>
and nor found the premisses in very good Order and an of Opinion it till<lb></lb>
be proper upon his Petition to grant him a New Lease at the same rent<lb></lb>
& to give him some Allowance for building the two Rooms he desires.</p>

Lease he agreed to pay £140. fine being allowed out of it £40. for a<lb></lb>
Stable for six Houses which be accordingly built And that at a Comittee<lb></lb>
16th. April 1728. he acquainted them he had laid out above £40. in<lb></lb>
building the said Stable and prayed that the rest of the Fines might be<lb></lb>
allowed Mallhouse planking the Where Bawn & repairing the old Pedder House<lb></lb>
all which according to un Estimate he then brought would a mount to<lb></lb>
£85. and the Comittee were of Opinion to allow £50.and he<lb></lb>
paid</p>
