Resolved and Ordered that two Books be provided (one to be kept by the<lb></lb>
Steward & the other by the Porter) and the Folios Numbered from one to the<lb></lb>
whole number of Folies in each and that at the bottom of the last Felio of<lb></lb>
each book there be wrote in words at length the Number of Folies in the<lb></lb>
whole and subscribed by themselves Examined by us after their having<lb></lb>

That on any Prisoner or Prisoners being Committed by a Warrant from the<lb></lb>
Lord Mayor or any Justice of the Peace that the person receiving time her or them<lb></lb>
do imediately indorse on the back of the Warrant the day and Hour when they<lb></lb>
were received and subscribe their name close under such Indorsement</p>

That the Warrants as they come in be Numbered on the front the first that<lb></lb>
comes to be made Number One and the rest in the Order they shall come</p>

That the Porter do enter in his Book the Number of the Warrant the name<lb></lb>
of the Person or persons comitted, by whom, when, on whose Oath and for<lb></lb>
what CauseAnd for all Warrants of Committment which shall come<lb></lb>
in from Eight of the Clock in the Morning untill four of the Clock in<lb></lb>
the Afternoon the Porter having Entered them in his Book do carry them<lb></lb>
by six of the clock the same day or sooner if he can to the Steward to be<lb></lb>
Entred in Like manner by him in his Book and that those Warrants<lb></lb>
be returned by him to the <del>Stews</del>
Porter by Ten of the Clock the next<lb></lb>
Morning or sooner if he conveniently canAnd for all Warrants of<lb></lb>
Committment which shall come in from four of the Clock in the<lb></lb>
Afternoon untill Eight of the Clock the next Morning being Entered in<lb></lb>
like manner by the Porter be carried by him to the Steward by Ten of<lb></lb>
the Clock to be Entered in like manner by him in his Book and that their<lb></lb>
Warrants be returned by him to the Porter by four of the clock Afternoon<lb></lb>
of the same dayAnd that the Porter do carefully file the said<lb></lb>
Warrants in order according to their Number</p>

That a large Margine be in each book to enter by what Authority each<lb></lb>
Prisoner was discharged & if Corrected to be inserted also in the Margine</p>

Treasurer against he sitting of each Court for Tryal of Prisoners containing an<lb></lb>
Account of all Prisoners remaining by order of any former Courts the whole<lb></lb>
number of Prisoners committed by Warrant from the last Court to that and in<lb></lb>
Case any of them have been discharged betwixt the Court days it be said in the<lb></lb>
Margine by whom, And that the Porter have those Discharged ready to produce<lb></lb>
And that the said Kalendars be Examined if night & signed by the Steward<lb></lb>
& Porter asserting they are so</p>

That in Case of Escapes the Quickest Notice be given thereof to the Steward &<lb></lb>
Porter and the best Endeavours used to retake him her or themAnd that<lb></lb>

That the Porter & his Man, the Matron and her Servant, The Beadles,<lb></lb>
Hempdresser & his Servants view the Prisoners well & if they know any of them<lb></lb>
to have been in the Hospital before that they do give an Account thereof to the<lb></lb>
Steward & the Porters that it may be inserted in the Kalender & reced to the Court</p>

And that the Clerk have ready to turn to the Cause of their former<lb></lb>
