<p n="4225">quarterly clear of all Taxes and to lay out £600. on the premisses (being<lb></lb>
allowed the Old Materials now being thereon and having free Liberty during<lb></lb>
the said Term to take up lead and carry away any Goods and Wares at and from<lb></lb>
the Ditchside or Pigekey) and with such Covenants as are usually contained in the<lb></lb>
Leases from the Governours to their Tenants at <rs type="placeName" id="BBBRMG20205_geo2347">Bridewell</rs>

and Inhabitants of the said Precinct and to pay a Fine of £50. and execute a<lb></lb>

that no use or advantage be made of his sincere endeavours to terminate this<lb></lb>
affair in a manner he thinks most adviseable for both partys Whereupon<lb></lb>
It is Ordered that it be referred to the Comittee of this house to consider the<lb></lb>
same and the Gentleman of the profession of the Law who are Governors<lb></lb>
of these Hospitals are desired to assist the said Comittee and to report their<lb></lb>
Opinion thereon to the Court.</p>
