they are willing to take Leases thereof for 61 years to comence from<lb></lb>
next having a reasonable time allowed for Rebuilding at a pepper Corn rent<lb></lb>
and for the residue of the Term at the several yearly Rents and to pay the<lb></lb>

<p n="4125">Which Rents are to be payable Quarterly clear of all Taxes and the premisses to be<lb></lb>
rebuilt according to the second rate of Building in London and the Leases to be<lb></lb>
made with such Covenants as are usually contained in Building Leases from<lb></lb>
the Governors to their Tenants at Bridewell and with a Covenant to pay to<lb></lb>
the Chappell Wardens of the said precinct for the time being any Sum or Sums<lb></lb>
of money Quarterly in proportion with other Inhabitants in the said<lb></lb>
Precinct towards the Charge of the Scavenger Watch and Poor of the said<lb></lb>
Precinct as shall be rated or assessed from time to to time at the usual Meetings<lb></lb>
of the Chappel Wardens and Inhabitants of the said Precinct and to execute<lb></lb>

lands lye near the Sea & on the 6th. of Feb. 1735/6 an high Tide breck down the Sea<lb></lb>
Banks be overflowed the said lands in so violent a manner that 12 of Willerton's<lb></lb>
Sheep were drowned & the Cattle of the other two Petrs. were with great difficulty<lb></lb>
savedThat the Salt Water lying on the Ground hath so burnt it up as it hath<lb></lb>
not since been eable to support one fourth part of the Cattle before usually fed<lb></lb>
thereon, and the Ditches & Water pils having retained Salt Water, they are<lb></lb>
rendred very prejudicall to the small number of Cattle they have since been<lb></lb>
able to keep thereon, whereby the Petrs. Parish and Feesdale have suffered £30.<lb></lb>
damage and Willerten £12That other Neighbouring Graziers sufferers<lb></lb>
by the same Calamity upon representation of their loss have reced a recompence<lb></lb>
from their Landlords in abatmt. of Rent or otherwiseAnd Praying the Godrs<lb></lb>
will allow the Petrs. their said losses out of the next year's rent or three years of<lb></lb>
otherwise as the Govrs. shall think fitt the Petrs. being willing to pay the full<lb></lb>
rents for the future if the sea keeps outIt is Ordered that the said<lb></lb>
