Mr. Treasurer acquainted this Court that Complaint had been made to the Comittee<lb></lb>
of this House That on Thursday the 27th. day of July last in the evening the Apprentices in<lb></lb>
this Hospital to the number of 40. or 50. got a Fidler upon the Feet pace of the Lobby stairs<lb></lb>
and there made a great noise and disturbance and that <rs type="persName" id="BBBRMG20205_n2979-1">Thomas Coles</rs>

Stayes made several Shouts and <obscured></obscured>
zzas by way of decision as Mr. Taylor the Clerk<lb></lb>
of these Hospitals was passing along the Court yard and he desiring Coles who Stood by to take<lb></lb>
notice of them and give him some of their names the next morning he said he would do so<lb></lb>
and that he knew several of them very well but the next morning said he could not be positive<lb></lb>
as to any one of them and being called before the Comittee yesterday he said he coud not be<lb></lb>
Certain as to the name of any one And he being now called before the Court he persisted<lb></lb>
that he could not tell any one of their names Whereupon It is Ordered<lb></lb>
