Setting forth That he holds the Rectory of <rs type="placeName" id="BBBRMG20205_geo647">Northleigh</rs>

in <rs type="placeName" id="BBBRMG20205_geo648">Oxfordshire</rs>

at the yearly<lb></lb>
Rent of £20. and the Quitt Rent of 17s. 6d. to the Crown under a Lease from the<lb></lb>
Governors of this Hospital dated the 24th. June 1698. for 31. years from Michas<lb></lb>
then last which will expire at Michas 1728. for which Lease a Five of £1000. was<lb></lb>
paid and praying that he may have a new Lease for 31. years from Michas next<lb></lb>
at the Same Rent and Covenants for which he is willing to pay the like Fine and he<lb></lb>
being called in and having amended his said proposal by offering to give the same Rent <lb></lb>
aand a Fine of £1100. vizt. £600. on the Courts ordering the Lease and <lb></lb>
£500. on Sealing it This Comittee are of opinion That the said Lease be made<lb></lb>
to the Petitioner upon which he gave five Guineas to the poors Box all which nevertheless<lb></lb>
is Submitted to Judgment of the CourtAnd also upon reading a Memotum.<lb></lb>
Subscribed to the Rent Roll for the year 1705. which was likewise read at the said <lb></lb>
Comittee and is as follows Vizt.It appearing that the Rectory is of Very<lb></lb>
considerable value whenever Application Shall be made to renew the Lease thereof <lb></lb>
the Governors are desired to inform themselves of the true yearly value thereof <lb></lb>
before the said Lease be received having paid but £1000. Fine when last renewed<lb></lb>
This Court having duly weighd and considerd the said Report doth Confirm<lb></lb>
the same and Order that a Lease to made to the said Mr. Perrett accordingly.</p>

Petr. for abt. 2. years past had employd the said Gill who sold the Petrs. goods during<lb></lb>
thae time and that the sd. Gill intending to resign his said pleaseand the Petr. being very<lb></lb>
ready comply with all the Orders of Court in relation to Artsmasters prayd that <lb></lb>
he might be elected an Artsmar. in the room of the said <rs type="persName" id="BBBRMG20205_n1700-4">Phillip Gill</rs>

low Condition & had been in Prison lately near two Months and that there being publick<lb></lb>
Charitys to be disposd of by the Governors of this Hospital at this time of the year, prayd<lb></lb>
there to take her Case into their consideration & make her some allowance out of the<lb></lb>
Charity Gifts towards her support at this time she ebing really in great want And also upon<lb></lb>
