which expird in August 1713. but his Indre of Apprenticeship being either last or<lb></lb>

laid he could not apply to the Court in the usual manner for a Certificate on his Indre.<lb></lb>
in order to be made a Freeman of this City And praying such Order for his freedom<lb></lb>
as the Court shall think fit and the Court being satisfyd of the Tenth of his Allegations<lb></lb>
