Upon reading the Humble Petition of the Beadles and Porters<lb></lb>
Man of this Hospital for their usual gratuitys of forty shillings a peice in<lb></lb>
respect of the half year Ending at Midsumer last for that their Salaries are<lb></lb>
but small It is Ordered That the Clerk of those Hospitals do Give<lb></lb>
and pay unto them forty shillings a peice to be allowed him in his next Account</p>

Upon reading a Report from the Comittee of this House bearing date<lb></lb>
the 21st: day of February 1721/2 in the Words following ViztMr: Treasurer<lb></lb>
Taylor Mr: Nicoll and Mr. Parry having been to view the Lands in Kent<lb></lb>

given way to be Crampt and in Order thereto they desire to have Rough Timber<lb></lb>
Allow'd for Rafters which they and their Workmen Comports with require two Trans<lb></lb>
for which there are Elms Sufficient upon the premisses which grew for Close and<lb></lb>
if they were removed would make the others thrive better and they will beat the<lb></lb>
Expence of Workmanship and all other Materials necessary and take convit<obscured></obscured>

in Workmanlike manner They likewise Desire that the Lease for the remainder of<lb></lb>

so much that they are too heavy for the bodys and by that means some of them are<lb></lb>
blown down and therefore they desire liberty to Lopp themThat they<lb></lb>
are of Opinion to allow two Tonns of rough Timber (that is to say Elm Trees)<lb></lb>
to be Assigned by such person as Mr: Treasurer shall Direct to be made up of<lb></lb>
in the said Repaires and that the said Tenants may Lopp the pollard ashes<lb></lb>
And they are also of Opinion That the Lease for the remainder of the Term in<lb></lb>
being be made to the said <rs type="persName" id="BBBRMG20204_n4288-4">William Cooper</rs>
