due to the Hospital and that Mr. Baker has been Sent to several

times suite and was now come to Speak to the Court then

Mr. Barker being called in was asked if he agreed

to the Ballance of his fathers account to which he answered

that he was an utter Stranger to the account and had depended

upon his Brother Lutterell who has not thought fitt to Settle it

and therefore desired a few days to Look into his fathers Books

adding that he would readily pay the ballance as Soon as he

was Satisfied what it was and interest from the death of

his mother which is about four years dureing which time

he acknowledged he had made use of the money But that his

Mother who was Admrx to his father has always kept the

insist upon any Interest for it dureing her life Whereupon
