Upon Reading to this Court the Report of the Generall<lb></lb>
Comittee of <rs type="placeName" id="BBBRMG20203_geo363">Bridewell</rs>

Halse Mr Ludlam Major Hulls and Mr Tudman Which<lb></lb>
Report is in these words following vizt.</p>
<p n="1589">This Comittee being mett pursuant to a standing order of<lb></lb>
this Court whereby It was perticularly Referred to them to consider of Mr<lb></lb>
Hoyles proposalls And to accept of the same upon such termes<lb></lb>
as should be most beneficiall to the Interest of this Hospll.<lb></lb>
with respect to the said Mr Hoyles case And It appearing that<lb></lb>
there is now due and oweing to the said Hospll for the rent of<lb></lb>
the houses in his possession the sume of £33 and the said Mr<lb></lb>
Hoyle Insisting to have the sume of £24 abated out of the sd<lb></lb>
arreare of £33 This Comittee upon matyre consider acon<lb></lb>
Reading the said Mr Hoyles Case for the reasons therein Contend<lb></lb>
are of opinion That the said sume of £24 be abated unto the sd<lb></lb>
Mr Hoyle upon his giveing security to pay his rent for the<lb></lb>
future Or is default of payment of the same to quitt the<lb></lb>
possession of the houses and Surrender his Lease to the said<lb></lb>
Hospitall and that the said Mr Hoyles Bond be accepted for<lb></lb>
performance thereof</p>
<p n="1590">And this Court haveing duely weighed and considered the said<lb></lb>
Report do Confirme the same And Order the sd Mr Hoyles bond to be<lb></lb>
taken accordingly.</p>

there words or to the effect following vizt.</p>
<p n="1593">3d December 1702</p>
<p n="1594">This Comittee being Mett pursuant to an Order of the 9th day of<lb></lb>
May last past whereby It was referred to them to consider what is<lb></lb>
proper to be done in order to the Settleing a Watch in this Hospll and the<lb></lb>
charge thereof Are of Opinion that a Watch house be provided and<lb></lb>
that the same be made out of Mr Waldos shop And that the Beadles<lb></lb>
Porters Man do watch every night from 11 o clock to 6 o clock in the morning in them severall turns and have one<lb></lb>
shillings P night each man for their paines And do begin at Xmas<lb></lb>
next and that they go round the house once in every hour:</p>
<p n="1595">This Court haveing duely weighed and considered the said Report<lb></lb>
do confirme the same And Order that a watch house be made And that<lb></lb>
the Beadles and Porters man do watch accordingly and that Mr<lb></lb>
Trear do pay them one shills P night each to be allowed him in his<lb></lb>
accounts</p>
