Haveing considered thereof are of opinion that ten pounds bee paid<lb></lb>

to the Servants belonging to the said Hospitalls for ye: future are of opinion<lb></lb>
that the Sevall Psons hereafter named shall incase of Sicknesse or any<lb></lb>
other accidentall misfortune bee taken care of and receive Phisick and<lb></lb>
Assistance from the Phisitian Apothecary and Surgeon of the said<lb></lb>
Hospll: att ye: charge thereof as occasion shall require (Vizt:) the Apprentice<obscured></obscured>
