house wharfes Lanch 12 ounces and other houses<lb></lb>
at Wapp in The same being by length of time soe decayed very<lb></lb>
ruinous and out of repaire in the Foundations and other parts<lb></lb>
thereof that they must be speedily new built or else they will<lb></lb>
fall downe And the Petr. being willing on Such new Lease to<lb></lb>
Rebuild and amend the Same and alsoe to Surrender his old<lb></lb>
Lease in which he has about Fifteene yeares to come upon Such<lb></lb>
Termes as the said Petr. and this Court can Agree Whereupon<lb></lb>
It is Ordered by this Court That it be, and it hereby is Referred<lb></lb>

the Sume of One Thousand pounds and since come to the<lb></lb>
possession of the Governrs. thereof And that the Ground rent<lb></lb>
now in arreare shall be first discharged And that the Remder<lb></lb>
shall be Accounted for as part of the Interest money due<lb></lb>
for the sd. Sume of One Thousand pounds And It is further<lb></lb>
Ordered That it be Referred to the Comittee aforesaid to<lb></lb>
Consider what may be most proper for the Benefitt of the sd<lb></lb>
Hospll. to be done wth. the said Mortgaged prmisses whether<lb></lb>
to Lett the same as they now are or to Sell the Same for the best<lb></lb>
price that can be gott there for or how otherwise to Dispose<lb></lb>
thereof And to Report their Opinion touching the whole<lb></lb>
matter thereof to this Court.</p>

for their usuall Gratuityes of Twenty Shillings a peice in<lb></lb>
respect of the halfe yeare Ending at Michas last and alsoe for twenty Shillings a<lb></lb>
peice more For yt. all manner of provissions Continue very deare & they have<lb></lb>
all Familyes to maintaine This Court upon Consideracon of the prmrs. doth<lb></lb>
think fitt and Soe Order That Mr. Trear doe give and pay unto them twenty<lb></lb>
Shillings a peice for their Usuall Gratuitys and alsoe for this halfe yeare<lb></lb>
twenty Shillings a peice more in respect of the dearness of all manner of<lb></lb>
provisions to be allowed Mr. Trear in his next Accompt.</p>
