The prosecutrix deposed that she let lodgings to the prisoner and his wife, and was soon after taken to prison, for having some angry words with another woman, and calling her a ragged Cat; when she came out of prison, the house was shut up, and the things gone, and the prisoner also; but there appearing no reason to charge the prisoner, he was
