THOMAS GARDNER proceedingsdefend and THOMAS SAMUEL proceedingsdefend were indicted for stealing, on the 27th of January last, one iron stancheon, value 2 s. one iron axle-tree, value 2 s. and two iron plates, value 7 s. the property of James Mather proceedingsvictim , and Christopher Watson proceedingsvictim .

And JAMES CHAPMAN proceedingsdefend was indicted for feloniously receiving the same, knowing them to be stolen .

ALL THREE NOT GUILTY .
