275. PETER HENRY GILES proceedingsdefend was indicted for burglariously and feloniously breaking and entering the dwelling house of Matthew Edmondson proceedingsvictim , about the hour of eight in the night, on the 10th day of January last, and burglariously stealing therein, one copper kettle, value 15 s. a mahogany tea-tray, value 15 s. and two pictures, with gilt frames, value 15 s. his property .

There being no evidence but that of an accomplice, he was ACQUITTED .

Tried by the first Middlesex Jury before Mr. Justice GOULD.
